SAY NO TO GLUTEN

In Italy, it is estimated that one in every 150 people is intolerant to gluten. Celiacs, namely those who suffer from this intolerance, cannot eat pasta, bread, biscuits and pizza, but also many other products. In fact, as well as being present in most cereals, gluten can be found in many ingredients.
Raspini cured meats are totally gluten free, so they can be added to a celiac’s diet.

Each year, the Italian Celiac Association publishes a Food List indicating the products suitable for consumption by celiacs.
The Food list contains all the Raspini branded products among those suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
