The secret of our success is encapsulated in a recipe we have been following for a good 70 years: a few simple ingredients, mixed by the skilled hands of our master charcutiers, with nothing more.<\/p>\n\n

Raspini products can also be consumed by people with celiac disease because they are gluten-free and suitable for those who are lactose intolerant*: unless specifically stated among the ingredients or in the preparation, all of our cured meats are milk- and dairy-free.<\/p>\n\n

WITHOUT MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

One in two Italians is affected by lactose intolerance, which occurs when the enzyme capable of breaking down lactose and thus allowing it to be digested is partially or totally lacking. Those with this intolerance must avoid many foods such as butter, cheese, yogurt, cream, ice cream, etc…. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Raspini cured meats are completely free of milk and dairy products and can be included in the diet of people with lactose intolerance*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GLUTEN-FREE.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Italy, gluten intolerance is estimated to affect about one in every 150 people. Those with celiac disease, that is, those who suffer from such an intolerance, cannot eat pasta, bread, cookies, and pizza but also many other products: in fact, gluten, in addition to being contained in most grains, can be present in many ingredients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Raspini cured meats are completely gluten-free so they can be included in the diets of people with celiac disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Italian Celiac Disease Association publishes a Food Handbook each year that indicates which products can be consumed by people with celiac disease. Check thefull list<\/a> on the Italian Celiac Association website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
