The tradition of Italian charcuterie is rooted in the Raspini world, and through our work, we strive every day to protect it.
It is precisely from the link with traditions that the need to look to the future arises by activating innovation processes that guarantee quality, safety and care for the environment and territory.
In this bridge between tradition and innovation, we recognize the importance of finding the right partners who can broaden our horizons and help us take action for a better future.

Our reality has received great recognition on innovation management capacity, as part of a European company assessment program, promoted by Enterprise Europe Network and conducted by Confindustria Piemonte.
An award that goes beyond mere technological innovation, but one that underscores our commitment to the constant improvement of the quality of our cured meats and the work of the people who strive for them every day.
The sample with which Raspini S.p.A. was compared consists of 140 companies operating in the agri-food sector belonging to the entire European territory (also including the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland), and with a number of employees ranging from 25 to 500.
Companies were evaluated on 5 fixed and essential parameters:
– Innovation strategy
– Organization and culture of innovation
– Innovation life cycle processes
– Enabling factors
– Results in the area of innovation
The result we achieved is higher than both the companies in the economic growth sample and the average of all companies.
The evaluation shows that our company also appears to be very attentive to sharing its innovation strategy and making all its employees participate and aware of it. The readiness for innovation
The pact against waste with Too Good to Go

On the occasion of National Food Waste Prevention Day , the Too Good To Go app launches the Covenant Against Food Waste, which we have chosen to join in order to combat the problem with concrete actions.
A virtuous alliance that aims to reduce food waste over the next three years with tangible actions and initiatives at all levels of the food supply chain.
An important pact with which we share two important pillars of our corporate philosophy:
1. Our origins and history, rooted in the farming culture typical of our industry, have taught us the importance of valuing each and every resource and cutting down waste, particularly food waste.
2. As a company with strong roots on the ground, but also as a community of citizens, we are aware of the responsibility we have in leading projects that represent a concrete commitment to making the world more sustainable and inclusive.
The Pact Against Food Waste defined by Too Good to Go includes a series of key actions based on five key points:
- Conscious Label,
- Company Awareness,
- Conscious Consumer,
- Supermarket Against Waste,
- Factory Against Waste.
Companies pledge to subscribe to the points proposed by Too Good To Go and carry them forward to raise awareness among employees, consumers and to improve their supply chain.
