They are cooked using the unique Barbotage method: a uniform cooking process done by steaming very slowly, at a low temperature, with a preparation that keeps the ham’s nutritional properties intact and increases its digestibility.

They are of high quality because I am produced by processing whole, carefully peeled thighs.
