Steamed ham shank

They are made from the anatomical part of the pig and prepared according to a refined haute cuisine recipe with spices and herbs. No preservatives are used in my preparation and no glutamate is added. They are also a gluten-free, dairy-free and dairy-free product.

They are slowly steamed for more than two hours, with delicate flavoring and no preservatives. In addition, the protective casing preserves the meat and allows for vacuum cooking, which maintains the flavor and tenderness.

They are delicious in the classic version with baked potatoes and all to be discovered in the light version, accompanied by boiled vegetables or a tasty pickled vegetable giardiniera.
